  • Tour de France Preview Here's a new illustration i've created for Cycling Plus Magazine. It will be featuring in a preview section of Le Tour and there are four other Stages featured, 15 riders and a front cover to be seen too but you'll have to get the magazine, out soon, to see them all.

    This is Stage 16, a grueling day in the mountains that sees the riders tackle four epic climbs before the finish in Bagnères-de-Luchon. Phew!         2012 Illustration
  • Tour Riders Coming soon to Cycling Plus magazine this summer is a variety of illustrations i've created in the build up to the Tour de France. Here, I've created a few vintage cards of the prominent riders that will appear in this years event and are a sneak preview of a larger set of illustrations that form a preview section to the Tour.     2012 Illustration
  • Future Gaming I recently created this editorial illustration to accompany an article on the future of gaming. The subjects covered within the writing focused on retro gaming, wireless technology and the advancement of 'clouds' being used to store data.     2012 Digital Art, Illustration
  • Oxford v Cambridge Boat Race This April sees the 158th Boat Race between the Universities of Oxford and Cambridge. The first ever race was held in 1829 and currently the score stands at 80 victories for Cambridge to Oxford's 76.

    To commemorate the event I decided to create an illustrated print which shows both crews in action along the Putney to Hammersmith stretch of the River Thames. WIthin the print you can see details such as the Harrods Depository building, Craven Cottage, the home of Fulham Football Club and the popular drinking establishments of the Blue Anchor and Old Ship by the riverside in Hammersmith. There are also many other detailed nods to London that you may discover with each glance.

  • Futurescape / Wired Magazine Wired Magazine recently got in touch about creating a 'futurscape' illustration all about imagining what life would be like in 2025. The idea was to show the article in an infographic style within a future landscape. It was also created as part of the Wired Ipad magazine too with a few nice touches of animation added in.

    It can be seen in the current April issue of the magazine in all good newsagents, and probably rubbish one's as well.         2012 Illustration
  • BEWARE OF THE APPS I created this image for PC World magazine in the U.S. The idea was to portray how some web apps can be rather malicious to your computer. Destroy those invaders!     2012 Illustration
  • Wired Magazine - Fuji Promotion A new illustration that I have created for Wired Magazine. The aim was to help promote the features of the new Fujifilm X10 with vibrant colours and symbols. Would love this camera.     2012 Illustration
  • The Ride Journal It was great to be recently asked to make a contribution to the fantastic Ride Journal. This particular illustration I created to accompany an article written by BBC6 Music's very own Gideon Coe. He wrote about the dream of getting rid of the shackles of being an inexperienced rider to one day being on the path to cycling the Etape!     2012 Illustration

  • Aquitaine, France Map / Observer Newspaper The Observer needed an illustrated map updated for a pullout section on the Aquitaine region in France. They wanted it to be similar in style to my Tour de France illustrations so once I scaled down the elements I often used from that series they worked well as a detailed map.     2012 Illustration

  • Celebration of September Returning for its fourth year. Mortar & Pestle Studio in partnership with Adrem asked me to contribute a print to their Celebration of September Exhibition. Each artist was given a day in September to illustrate and I was given the 18th. As a keen cyclist it was great to have the same day as the Tour of Britain hitting London.   • Forum Cover / Deutsche Bank Agency 2BR contacted me to illustrate the cover of the Deutsche Bank journal Forum. This particular issue was about the growth of banks.
